buy, select your size and colour option and click buy now. You will be forwarded through to PayPals secure payment site. We accept all major
credit and debit cards (not American Express) and payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Shipping Costs - UK Mainland Addresses is FREE via Royal Mail recorded delivery. European orders standard post add £6.00p+p.
International orders standard post add £8.95p+p. These are standard charges to an upper weight limit of 5kg.
We will contact you for authorisation before shipping should the p+p exceed these above costs.

Delivery Schedule - We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours. Using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery should be three to five business
days. International orders are generally received in under fourteen days. The quoted timescales are subject to our carriers conditions.

Credit Card Security - All credit card details are encrypted on a 128bit secure server and processed by PayPal. Deadman Kitesurfing do not
receive any of your credit card information. Your details are never emailed, printed out or stored on our computers in any form.

Returns Policy - Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working
days of delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel a
contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7
working days of the date that the items were delivered.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for
services carried out by us. When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant amount.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your
account as soon as possible and in any event within 30, provided that the goods in question are received by us in the condition they were
